The “IT” program begins at the age of 15 years old. This is a volunteer program that allows youth dancers to began their career here at “Charismatic Dance,LLC”. We are looking for dancers who are interested in teaching ballet, hip hop, and creative movement to girls and boys. Teaching experience is not required. Instructor In Training will shadow behind the instructor while taking proper notes and detailed information. Overall, we are looking for a creative person who will be fun, positive role model, and use each class to encourage self-expressions.

 

Requirements:

• Prepare Lesson Plan

• Research/Study Dance Language

• Creative Ideals Accepted

• Always Dress Appropriately

• Help with attendance/roll-taking

• Walk among the students as your teacher leads the class

• Daily Goals (Self and Students)

• Studio Cleanliness(dance floor, Cubbie Area, Bathrooms)

• Report Daily (check in with Coach T for daily tasks)

• Check the Calendar for Working Days

• Minimum of 5 Shadow Days before releasing to students and receiving pay.

• Summer, Spring, Fall, and Winter Break Hours will vary.

• Instructor is to Bring in Calendar and Notebook (Journal) MANDATORY
